Boring Working Life... Baking orange yogurt cake ...

放假后的工作日,好闷,好无聊。。。 似乎没什么工作,可是有些工作却不能结束。。。 就学着别人‘打太极’,好好保护自己。


每天,脑里就想着要做什么烘焙。。。我是不是疯了。 为什么会沉迷呢?因为能让大家吃得开心,好像好有满足感噢!还是太久没听见别人称赞我了? 不管怎样,我开心就好。


好想不必去工作,呆在家里。我可以开始倒数了吗? 还有5个月叻。。。 好久好久哦。。。


今天,很想做蛋糕,又惦记着冰橱里的酸奶油要过期了。。。脑筋就一直转动着要如何解决它。。。 香橙优格牛油蛋糕。。。


Orange Yogurt Cake

Ingredients
250g unsalted butter, softened
200g caster sugar
4 medium eggs
grated orange zest from 2 oranges
250g self raising flour
120ml freshly squeezed orange juice
100ml sour cream
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180C. Grease and line a cake pan.
2. Using an electrical beater, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Beat in the eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition, if necessary adding a spoonful of flour with the last egg to prevent the mixture from curdling. Beat in the orange zest and rum. Add the flour all at once and mix well, then slowly mix in the orange juice. Add in sour cream in 3 to 4 additions, beat till just incorporated. Do not over mix.
4.Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and bake in preheated oven for 45-50mins or until a skewer inserted into the center of the cake, comes out clean. If it starts to brown too quickly, cover loosely with a sheet of lightly greased aluminum foil.
5.Leave the cake, in the pan, to cool on a wire rack, then unmold and serve.
